This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
Credit Card payments will not be the primary source of payments this year. All families will receive payment information, including due dates and monthly payments. Payments must be current and received each month. If monthly fees are not current, the Sparks Board of Directors reserves the right to switch families to credit card payments. Any family that is switched to credit card payments will be responsible for any fees associated with credit card payments. Please stay current on your fees.

Two additional waivers have been included on the waiver page, both deal with Covid. Please review those waivers and indicate your acceptance.
